【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicablebyauthoritiesinvolvedinrailwayoperationandmayalsobeappliedforlightvehicles(e.g.trams,metros,etc.runningontworails)andtheirassociatedinfrastructure,butnotforsystemssuchasrail-guidedbuses.Itallowsvehiclesandinfrastructurestobedimensionedandtheircompliancetobecheckedrelativetothegaugingrules.Fortherollingstockandfortheinfrastructure,thisstandardisapplicabletonewdesigns,tomodificationsandtothecheckingofvehiclesandinfrastructuresalreadyinuse.ThisdocumentEN15273-1covers:-thegeneralprinciples;-thevariouselementsandphenomenaaffectingthedeterminationofgauges;-thevariouscalculationmethodsapplicabletotheelementssharedbytheinfrastructureandbytherollingstock;-thesharingrulesforelementstakenintoaccountincalculationsspecifictotheinfrastructureandtothevehicle;-acatalogueofEuropeangauges.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:-conditionstobemettoensuresafetyofpassengersonplatformsandofpersonswalkingalongthetracks;-conditionstobemetbythefixedequipmentmaintenancemachinesinactiveposition;-thespacetobeclearedfortherunningtrackofrubber-tyredmetrosandothervehicles;-rulesapplicabletoextraordinarytransportation,howeversomeformulaemaybeused;-rulesapplicabletothedesignoftheoverheadline;-rulesapplicabletothedesignofthecurrentcollectiononathirdrail;-simulationmethodsfortherunningofvehicles,therefore,itdoesnotconfirmthevalidityofexistingsimulations;-verificationrulesofwagonloadings;-codingmethodsforcombinedtransportation;-infrastructuregaugesforverysmallcurveradii(e.g.R<150mforgaugeG1).
