【摘要】:IEC60695-8-3,whichisatechnicalspecification,specifiesquantitativetestmethodsfordeterminingtheheatreleasefromthecombustionofinsulatingliquidsofelectrotechnicalproductswhenexposedtoadefinedheatfluxwithsparkignition.Smokeproduction,ignitiontimesandmasslossarealsomeasured.Thistechnicalspecificationmayalsobeapplicabletootherliquidtestspecimens.ThistechnicalspecificationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andinISOIIECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.HAZARDWARNINGThetestingofvolatileliquidswiththisapparatuscanleadtoexplosionssoitisessentialtoexamineallliquidsusingthepreliminarytestingproceduredescribedin8.1.
