【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass155Lwithasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTE1Amodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class155Lisathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof155andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast175℃.NOTE2Thistypeofenamelledwirehaslowerheatshockperformancecomparedtopolyesterenamelledroundcopperwireclass155accordingtoIEC60317-3.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperated;thiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.TherangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythispartofIEC60317isasfollows:-grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;-grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
