【摘要】:ThisstandardisintendedforusewhentheweldingspeedforelectronbeamweldingmachinescomplyingwithENISO14744-1istobemeasuredinconnectionwithanacceptanceinspection.Itprovidesessentialinformationontheprocedureandapparatustobeusedformakingthemeasurements.Alternativestandardisedprocedurescanbeused,providedtheyhaveatleastthesameacceptanceinspectionastheweldsspecifiedinthispart4.Themeasuredparameteristhespeedofthetranslationalandrotationalmovementsrequiredtoperformtheweldingoperation.Theweldingspeedisoneofthesignificantparametersinelectronbeamwelding.Theworkpieceortheweldpointshallthusbemovedatauniformspeed,inareproduciblemanner,withingivenshort-termandlong-termlimits.Thepurposeofthemeasurementistocheckwhetherthevariationsinweldingspeedaremaintainedwithintheselimits.
