【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversconcentric-lay-strandedself-dampingaluminumconductor,steel-reinforced(ACSR/SD),anditscomponentwiresforuseasoverheadelectricalconductors(ExplanatoryNote1and2).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththespecification.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbyAWGorkcmil,therequirementsinSIunitshavebeennumericallyconvertedfromcorrespondingvaluesstatedorderivedininch-poundunits.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbySIunitsonly,therequirementsarestatedorderivedinSIunits.1.2.1Fordensity,resistivity,andtemperature,thevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Note1ACSR/SDisdesignedtocontrolaeolianvibrationbyintegraldamping.Theconductorsconsistofacentralcoreofaroundsteelwireorwiressurroundedbytwolayersoftrapezoidalaluminum1350-H19wiresortwolayersoftrapezoidalaluminum1350-H19wiresandonelayerofroundaluminum1350-H19wires(Fig.1).Thetrapezoidal-wirelayersareseparatedfromeachotherandfromthesteelcorebytwosmallannulargapsthatprovidetheconductorsself-dampingcharacteristics.Theroundaluminumwiresareintightlayercontactbetweenthemselvesandtheunderlyingtrapezoidalwirelayer.Differentstrandingsofthesamesizeofconductorareidentifiedbytype,whichistheapproximateratioofsteelareatoaluminumarea,expressedinpercent(Table1andTable2).Note2ThealuminumandtemperdesignationsconformtoANSIStandardH35.1.Aluminum1350correspondstoUNSA91350inaccordancewithPracticeE527.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
